• "OA Score™" refers to our proprietary accuracy metric based on the Brier Score methodology

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Trademarks

You may NOT:

• Use our trademarks without prior written permission
• Register similar marks or domain names containing "OA Score", "OddsAccuracy", or variations thereof
• Imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with OddsAccuracy without authorization
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works of our trademarks

You MAY:

• Reference "OA Score™" in editorial content with proper attribution
• Link to our Service with appropriate credit
• Use screenshots for educational purposes with visible trademark notices

2.2 Copyright

All Content, including but not limited to statistical analysis, methodologies, dashboard interface, API documentation, graphical elements, and written explanations, is protected by copyright laws and remains the exclusive property of OddsAccuracy.

2.3 Proprietary Methodology

The OA Score™ calculation methodology, including our implementation of Brier Score analysis, moving averages, and predictability algorithms, constitutes proprietary business information and trade secrets.

3. License to Use

3.1 Free Tier

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and view the public dashboard
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share links to our Service with proper attribution

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer our algorithms or methodologies
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our Content
• Remove or obscure trademark notices, copyright notices, or attribution
• Use the Service for illegal gambling activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Create competing services using our data or methodologies

4. Data & Accuracy

4.1 Data Sources

Our analysis is based on publicly available odds data from various bookmakers and historical match data from Football-Data.co.uk. We aggregate and process this data to generate the OA Score™ and related metrics.

4.2 No Warranty

We do NOT guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Availability or uninterrupted access
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Profitability or success in betting activities

4.3 Not Financial or Gambling Advice

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, damages resulting from betting losses or financial decisions, or damages caused by third-party actions or data inaccuracies.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with using the Service.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY: If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (€0 for free tier users).

6. Third-Party Links & Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party bookmakers.

We do NOT:

• Endorse or recommend any specific bookmaker
• Control third-party websites or their content
• Accept responsibility for third-party services
• Receive compensation for bookmaker references (unless explicitly disclosed)

OddsAccuracy is independent and not affiliated with Pinnacle, Bet365, William Hill, BetVictor, Bwin, or any other bookmaker mentioned.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

8.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

1. Step 1: Informal negotiation (30 days good-faith effort)
2. Step 2: Mediation (if negotiation fails)
3. Step 3: Arbitration or litigation in Romanian courts
